Public Grievances Heard: Citizens' Voices Reach the Administration
Dhanbad | July 15, 2025 – Acting on the directives of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Mr. Aditya Ranjan, the Public Grievance Officer Mr. Niyaz Ahmad conducted a grievance redressal session at the Collectorate Auditorium today. Citizens from various parts of the district turned up with their issues, and each complaint was received with seriousness and prompt administrative response.
During the hearing, people raised concerns including illegal land encroachment, delay in second installment under the Abua Awas scheme, ration shop allocation, land measurement, mutation cancellations, infrastructure problems in Ward 25, demands for upgrading Madandih School to 10+2 level, Anganwadi recruitment, provision of scooters to the differently-abled, employment support, lightning compensation, and misgovernance allegations in Baghmara block.
Mr. Ahmad directed relevant officials to take immediate action and assured all attendees that citizens' issues are a top priority for the district administration.
