Major Decisions Taken in District Education Establishment Committee Meeting Chaired by Deputy Commissioner

On July 15, 2025, a significant meeting of the District Education Establishment Committee was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Mr. Aditya Ranjan at the Collectorate Office, Dhanbad. The meeting focused on key matters concerning the teaching staff, including online applications received for inter-district transfers of graduate trained teachers, mutual inter-district transfer requests, and internal mutual transfers. The committee also discussed service confirmation proposals for teachers who have successfully completed their two-year probation period. Another important agenda of the meeting was the approval of the seniority list prepared for promotions to Grade 4, along with considerations related to voluntary retirement proposals. Mr. Aditya Ranjan directed that all service confirmation proposals be examined by the District Establishment Committee and a report be submitted accordingly. Several transfer proposals were approved after thorough verification of documents submitted via the online portal. Additionally, the committee granted approval to pending voluntary retirement applications and instructed verification of the seniority list for promotions.
